In advance, thanks for looking into my problem.
For at least 6 months now, PC has been experiencing RAM issues, for example chrome would throw me "out of memory" messages or certain software would not even freeze but just "exist" and be unresponsive until I can turn it off in the task manager, or sometimes throw an error about issue at some address. Thought it was RAM issue, tested it how I could couldn't find the problem bought the brand new one, same problem.
Second, more recent problem is that the PC tends to have internet problems, for example it would be inactive for 20 mins and when I get back and try pinging, I would lose more than a half of the packets, and I know it's not modem, ISP or IP conflict issue, thought it's a bad cable bought new one, same thing.
I am starting to suspect it's the motherboard but I have no way of testing that unless I buy a new one at which point I might change most of the components altogether.
Configuration:
Win10
ASRock B450M Pro4
GTX 1070
Ryzen 2600
16+8+8 RAM (currently using only the new single 16GB stick)
Samsung 970EVO Plus (brand new)
