Question What causes my crashes and gpu problems

So i have had a black screen issue for quite a while now but lately my pc woulndt come back on when i tried to restart it. It would turn on, but i would be in a loop where i would see it loading, then it would go on forever until i resetted it manually, then it would load into a blue screen that said please restart. This starts the loop again. Just before that my gpu would go to 100%fans everytime i played a game. This wasnt a problem a month ago but just suddenly appeared. I swapped the gpu and the pc still doesnt turn on. I also gave my gpu to a friend who tested it in his pc and he didnt have any blackscreens (although these would be very infrequent and also wouldnt be a problem (once a week)) and he also didnt have any gpu fan problems. So it has to be something else in my pc but what could it be? Im fairly certain my psu is not the cause because i switched psu's and the black screens happened on both of them, and i think the gpu problem is related to the black screens so that also isnt likely to be caused by the psu. Any suggestions? Maybe the mobo? I fo have an outdated bios but i worked abelutely fine before.

Note: gpu fans didnt go to 100% because of temperature, it was in the 70s and i also reapplied thermal paste and it didnt work.

What parts in the pc? for psu=maker+model+wattage.

Did you try a clear cmos?
