[SOLVED] What GPU to buy

Hello,
I want to buy a gpu and dont know which one to buy...
I watched all the benchmarks and still cant decide... why... because i know that AMD ones gets better while the time pass (with driver optimisation or fine wine if im right)
My budget is arround 200 euros and in my country( Bosnia and Herzegovina ) i have very poor choise of gpus but heres some
nvidia gtx 1060 6gb - 170 euros -USED
nvidia gtx 1070 (asus rog strix, gigabyte windforce and aorus ones ) -200 euros - USED
nvidia gtx 1650 super - 185 euros
maybe 1660 but its hard to find on stock (realy realy hard.....)
Amd radeon RX5500 XT saphire or gigabyte -195 euros
Which ones would you recommend me

Out of those, the GTX 1070 will be the best performer, now and probably for a while to come. That being said, you are taking a risk buying on the used market. If you can accept that risk, then the 1070 might be the way to go for you, out of those options.

But whats gpu you recomend me to watch next....
Also what should i looking at when buying used gpu... should i wory or smthg..
 
I feel ya.We are also very high priced with gpu'sI actually got a 1070 ti with a 1 year warranty..If it's second hand get details etc incase it doesn't work.Never pick it up at the middle of nowhere.Most online stores has client safety to cover if the product is broken etc.
The gtx 1070 are the fastest cards you listed.I would avoid the 5500xt personally.Here they are over priced(i got my 1070 ti for 1.5k cheaper my currency).

Im living in Bosnia so prices here are very very odd... difference for example between 1060 and 1070 is small while performance i think is not so much hahaha....
the owner of gtx 1070 didnt put nothing in the description so i have a bit lack of trust...
