the modem drivers already install successfully but its not working properly it working only 1st 5 to 10 minute.
my pci simple communications controller also not installed so please help me what can i do?

A PCI simple communications controller is an older dial-up type MODEM, needed now only if you have dial-up Broadband or want to use telephone answering software or to send faxes. I suspect your "wireless external MODEM" is actually a router which includes a MODEM, and doesn't need any software or, for that matter, any involvement with a computer at all. It connects to your ISP if the settings are right and transmits wirelessly to any computer which is allowed to connect to it.

When your connection breaks down after 5 to 10 minutes, do all the lights on the router remain on or does one of them change colour or go out?
