Question What is this dotted line box around the name of folders on Windows 98 and how do I get rid of it?

Woah. Windows 98. Trippy. Oh sorry, off topic. I believe that is just the 'cursor' where your keyboard/mouse is at. Try moving the arrow keys around and see if I am correct.
