what upgrades should i consider for my laptop in low budget?

i have an acer laptop with intel pentium 4417u and 4gigs of RAM along with toshiba 5400rpm HDD.
i don't run any heavy applications on my laptop just browsing and multitasking , considering a low budget what should i firsrt upgrade on my laptop ? -> swapping my HDD with a 250gbSSD or putting in an another 4gb 2400Mhz RAM so that it works dual cahnnel?
I inted to put in both eventually but what should be my first priority?

First, upgrade your 5400 rpm with a DRAM SSD, like Crucial MX 500 or > WD Blue

and then put another RAM stick with the same specs in the 2nd slot.

Chances are you might not even need to upgrade your RAM, but it still would be a worthwhile upgrade.

When you have 8 GB of RAM, you will be able to do heavy web browsing without any problem.

Adding more RAM will help but an SSD will make a bigger difference from personal experience.
