Judging by the simple red & black wires attached to it, I'd say it was a beep speaker for motherboard POST beeps.

Do you know what I have to do with it? my SSD (Xpg) won't installed correctly because of that thing....

The SSD is blocked by that component, which becomes undetectable

Never thought of that, you could well be correct.

devalviinbudi --- I don't know how to help with your problem. In your first post you just asked what it is and I gave my answer. Dell support might be able to help or try the official Dell forum.

Then you are not doing something right here. That battery most definitely does not interfere with the drive bay. You can even see that in the picture.

The device is a more compact and lighter form of the cr2032 battery .
If it interferes, I have no doubt that you can temporarily remove it to work on the m.2 slot

That battery should be sitting in a small round area made for it, if it's touching the SSD it will not cause any issues. From the pictures I seem to see a metal circle holder for the battery. You can move it, but the issue is that the laptop area is pretty tight and if you move it to a place with a screw or some other component, you can damage the battery or other component. If you want, move it aside, plug in the drive and put it back where it was, should fit OK.
