[SOLVED] What's the catch with the VG240YS?

I was looking to buy a 144hz monitor, and decided upon the Acer Nitro VG240Y. Only problem is that it's out of stock and I don't know until when. Then I stumbled upon this one! The Acer Nitro VG240YS. It is cheaper, as well as higher refresh rate, so am I missing something that makes it this much cheaper, or did I just get lucky with the price? This doesn't make a lot of sense to me, so I'd rather have someone with more experience tell me what's going on.

Considering that one's out of stock, that's why it's higher priced and by then they didn't bother changing the price on the monitor purposely to influence the sale of the other in stock model of the Acer monitor.

That being said, they're the same, except for some rough info stating that the refresh rate is at 165Hz, as opposed to the 144Hz on the former monitor. You're good to go with the monitor purchase.
