Question What's wrong with my PC?

I came home from being at college for 3 months, plugged my desktop in and found it would turn on for a second and then keep restarting. I then starting unplugging, re-plugging, and trying every combination possible. I ran over tips other people have done like run the PC with just the CPU in, and wait for beeps which didn't work, I've bought a new motherboard AND power supply so those aren't the issue. Now I have the same problem, just the pc doesn't keep restarting. Its also not the monitor

With a new motherboard and power supply, I believe the RAM may be the issue. but if anybody knows what might be the problem or how to fix it please let me know

here are my specs;

Intel Core I-7 6700k
MSI Z390-A Pro Motherboard
AVEXIR 8BG DDR4-2400 Ram
EVGA 700W Bronze Power Supply

2 SSD's and 1 Hardrive

Well, for starters you can’t use a 6700k on a z390

bad on my part. I had a Z170-P which I used for a year and thought it might be the motherboard when it started doing the restart thing. Any advice for when I put it back in?

no luck. I believe it is the motherboard. Could you recommend a new one for around $100-150, doesn’t have to be fancy. It would be greatly apreciated
