Question When i press my left and up arrow key, it does not do anything but if i hold it, there are beep sounds.

I checked everything, i unplugged it and switched to another port still nothing, keyboard is brand new working fine, but this thing bothers me.

also im not on a laptop btw.

I tried everything, disabling the sticky keys, scroll lock is not on.

What is expected to happen when you press the left and up arrows? Is there a pattern to the beeps?

Is that in a game - what game? Is there a pattern to the beeps?

Start by manually downloading the applicable keyboard drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.

Try the new keyboard on another known working computer.

Try another known working keyboard on your computer.

Determine if the problem follows the keyboard or stays with the computer.
