What is expected to happen when you press the left and up arrows? Is there a pattern to the beeps? Is that in a game - what game? Is there a pattern to the beeps? Start by manually downloading the applicable keyboard drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure. Try the new keyboard on another known working computer. Try another known working keyboard on your computer. Determine if the problem follows the keyboard or stays with the computer. Upvote 0 Downvote
