Question Where can I buy PC components in Europe?

Hello. I am planning on building a pc. I live in Albania and there are not many options here so my only option is to buy from other Europian countries. Most of the pages I checked in Germany and Italy do not ship here. Does anyone know any online store that has international shipping?

Try here https://ipon.hu/ they are cheapest in Europe. we in Serbia buy from them all the time.

Thank you very much for your response but when I went to billing address my only option was Hungary
