Here are pictures of the optical network termination (ONT) white box:
Picture 1: https://ibb.co/98Nctqk
Picture 2: https://ibb.co/n0Hvg7Q
Normally, there are some lights either, green light or red light. Now there are no lights and my internet doesnt work. The black box battery I think is dead but the black battery is only for the phone landline use in case of a black-out.
*If there is a separate (hard-wired power connection cable to my optical network termination (ONT) white box), then why isnt the white box using the power from the outside wire cable power connection to light up the buttons green or red? (instead of trying to draw power from the dead black box battery?)
Can someone draw/edit on Picture 2 and show me where is the ON/OFF button for this optical network termination (ONT) white box? (AND explain to me why the white box isnt lighting up for my internet connection to work?)
