Solution
if I connect the controller to motherboard I have to unplug the rear fan :(
You can connect it to controller instead.
It won't be properly regulated though, because it's 4pin fan on 3pin header. But should still spin.

Also - don't forget to set Sys_fan to DC operation mode in BIOS.

Looks like your motherboard lacks connectors for the USB 3.1 and LED connectors, so you can just tuck those out of the way. The fan connector looks like it might be attached to a fan controller and can be attached to an available header on your motherboard.

Please could you specify where should I connect the FAN connector?
The best way would be with photo or manual

ARGB connector from fan goes to fan controller.

ARGB connector from fan controller to motherboard is optional.
Since your motherboard lacks appropriate header, you leave this connector unconnected.

BTW - How many case fans do you have installed in your pc?
I feel so stupid but I dont understand which is which 😆
Well I have one installed external fan on rear of the case (ARGB connector not plugged and fan is plugged)
And 3 on the front of the case and all the fans and ARGBS were defaulty connected to that case "motherboard" but only those 2 were not (which are shown on the picture) - so I tried to connect then on that too but no front fans are spinning now

Is what I call the case motherboard the controller?

You find the other end of the cable.
Other end of fan cable is connected to fan.
Other end of controller cable is connected to controller.

Show photos, how all your fans are connected.
If all your front panel fans are 4pin fans, then you're going to need 4pin fan controller.
Your current controller is for 3pin fans.

Sure, here is the photo:

Cables I circled red were not connected by default

Where is other end of each cable connected?

I suspect black cables get looped back to controller itself. Correct?
If so, then 3pin black fan connector from controller should be connected to motherboard Sys_Fan header.
Black argb connector should remain unconnected.

Yes correct but if I connect the controller to motherboard I have to unplug the rear fan :(
