Which GTX 1070 Should I buy?

I'm going to upgrade my GPU with an GTX 1070. But, which one is the best one to buy?
There are different types of the 1070, one faster, one cooler, one more silent etc. I'm thinking about the MSI version.

Which one do you recommend me?

My PC for now:

Intel i5 4460.
MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 4 GB.
8GB Ram.
MSI H97 Gaming 3 Motherboard.
1000 GB HDD.
250 EVO Samsung SSD

As a MSI owner, I recommend MSI. The price, performance, cooler, and silence is great. I've owned 2 MSI now and have never had issues. Just get the Gaming X one. Am I biased? Yes. But experience made me choose so.

The cards so far have all relatively been the same within the same clock speed.

Of course a card with 200MHz base clock will perform better than the reference clock.

But if you get a ~1650MHz MSI/Asus/Palit/Gigabyte/Gainward/Zotac doesn't matter
Same with the ~1500MHz cards
Or the ~1700+MHz cards

All these cards are basically clocked the same, use the same cooling design and offer the same performance.
MSIs & Asus tend to be a bit pricier.
Can't go.wrong with the Gigabyte
Read a test about the Palit (not the reference clock model, but an OC model) that appears to be really good.
Gainward as of late releases pretty good cards as well
The Zotac seems to be well done as well
The only negative review I read was about the iChill X3 so far as it is running quite hot.

But besides that look at the clock speed you're aiming for and pick the cheapest one.
Or the one that's optically most appealing if your case got a window.
Mostly the models vary (within the same clock speed) around 1-3fps&1-2°C - completely negligible
