Hi Everyone

I'm about to upgrade my i5 11400f for a ryzen and 7700 which is on sale for only $170.

But now I'm looking for what motherboard should I buy, it's been a long time since I've seen anything about pc hardware so I'm quite outdated, so, as in the old days I turn to the wise men of Tom's Hardware.

The motherboards I'm comparing are the following, all b650-B650e
1.- ASrock Steel Legend B650E ---- $280
2.- ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F ---- $285
3.- MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK - $265
4.- ASUS PRIME X670-P WIFI (The only one that is not b650 but I don't like the design.) -- $280

I am not considering any aorus due to bad experiences with the brand, but suggestions are of course welcome.

I'd steer clear of Asus boards. Perhaps add a Gigabyte to the list(?). If we're to stick to the list you have above, then ASRock or MSI. What sort of features are you looking for in your board purchase?
I guess I'm looking to get the most potential out of the ryzen 7700 as well as connectivity, good audio and being able to upgrade components in 2-3 years.
I am not looking for overclocking

The gigabyte boards are very expensive and they are out of my budget.

I’m running the MSI Mag x670e Tomahawk on my 7950x3D system… it’s $300 and am quite happy with it.
