[SOLVED] Which one should I buy Radeon rx570 4gb or gtx1060 6gb or gtx1650 super 4gb gddr6

Hey I want to know which would be best buy Radeon rx570 4gb or gtx1060 6gb or gtx1650 super gddr6. I am getting rx570 4gb for 11000rs. And gtx1060 for 12500rs. And gtx1650 super gddr6 I tried to find used ones but not found . I have a budget around 12500rs. I do gaming on a 1366x768 monitor. I am using phenom ii X4 955 be ,8gb ram, on msi gf 615 m board , corsair vs450 watt PSU . I know processor will bottleneck the GPU here . But if I change the cpu I have to change the board and ram too if I buy new ddr4 ram supported motherboard I also have to buy processor and ram and it would cost me around same as my GPU budget . So I want to know which one should I buy . Can I get around 60 fps in 1366x768 monitor . I some times play on 1920x1080 monitor but maximum times on 1366x768. I am willing to upgrade my cpu in near future. But it would be great if this system will work till then. Just want to do some descent gaming and willing to play on 1080p in near future. If any one of the card can fulfill that which one should I pick.

get whichever one is cheapest, I think the gtx 1060 will technically be more power efficient since your psu is 450w. It can play modern stuff on 1080p ultra/high so 720p will be more than fine. I have an rx 480 and have been playing stuff on 1080p ultra/high for years fine they're all basically the same tier gpu
