Question White lines when booting then a black screen

I've tried booting my PC this morning and in the booting logo a bunch of white lines appears then it goes to a black screen a doesn't boot.

I switched the HDMI cable (connected to my graphics card) to the motherboard HDMI port and it works normally.

That's a sign of a bad graphics card, usually the video RAM. Once, back when graphics cards were much simpler and less powerful, I replaced the RAM chip on a card with similar symptoms and it worked fine after that.
 
Your GPU might be...compromised. I've seen that happen on 3 systems I was given for repair, turned out to be a dead GPU.

Can you please state the full specs to your system?
