Question Why does my display and peripherals turn off after boot?

So recently I've decided to upgrade my GPU and CPU, and I updated my BIOS as well to make my new CPU work with it. I got the GPU first, switched out my old one and started using it, everything works perfectly for a few days. I also updated my BIOS, everything was good. Then I got my CPU. I installed it, got to the "new cpu installed" screen and hit Y on the fTPM screen because I don't use anything like BitLocker to my knowledge. PC boots up fine or so it seems, after 30sec-2mins the display and peripherals go, I noticed this because the RGB went out and the GPU fans stopped spinning. CPU fan and 3 case fans still working though, and I can't seem to turn off the power by holding the power button. PC works fine in BIOS or in Safe Mode, which I can't get into anymore because I decided to reinstall Windows which was the last thing I did today. Things I've tried:
- I thought the PSU was at fault as it was an off brand (maybe off brand - Cronus 500FX Pro something) and thought it didn't give components enough juice. Today I switched it with an A tier one 800W (overkill you'll soon find out) and it still does the same thing, all cables are properly seated and everything went well with the installation (only good thing to happen so far lmao)
- reinstalled the same BIOS update (F58d) thinking it's gonna somehow fix it
- went into safemode to uninstall GPU drivers with DDU, tried installing them again IN SAFE MODE due to not being able to hold out 30 seconds in normal mode, and this made it so that the gpu and peripherals now instantly shut off instead of waiting a bit, nice

I also think it's worth mentioning that safe mode worked perfectly and this only happened after unlocking the screen in normal mode, but now it doesn't even wait for the screen to be unlocked
+ When I updates BIOS before installing CPU I also updated chipset drivers in the gigabyte software tool thing
+ I uninstalled my old GPU drivers before installing the new GPU and it worked fine, this happened after installing CPU and going thru the ftpm process and booting first time
+ There is a regular red blip sometimes next to the power button from one of the LED lights but it turns off after all goes down

I am pretty sure it's not the GPU as it worked perfectly fine before and peripherals go as well when this happens, but I will try switching out to my older one GTX1650 tomorrow if y'all think it's a good idea
My specs:
Ryzen 5 5600 (old one was Ryzen 3 3100)
RX6600 XT (old one was GTX 1650)
2x8GB RAM ADATA XPG
1xnvmE SSD Crucial 1TB
(I had a Seagate HDD that I removed because it's either having that or having the new PSU that's a bit oversized for my case)
and I guess the most important (the main suspect??!!) Gigabyte GA320M-H motherboard(rev.1)
Also the 3 case fans with fan splitter and stock amd wraith cpu cooler if that counts for anything

Only thing I can think of right now is driver or BIOS issues I dunno how to solve, or something wrong with the CPU or Motherboard
How cooked am I on a scale of 1 to 10? I just can't figure out what the problem is

First let's start simple
CMOS reset, take the battery out for 15 secs,
Reseat the ram,
Hello. I will try taking out the RAM tomorrow, speaking of CMOS reset, I actually just ordered a CMOS battery because I didn't have one (bought pc prebuilt). My question is, should I install the battery and perform a reset after or should I just use the CMOS jumper? I could do the 2nd one but 1st one seems a bit more easy as I've never done it before? What's your recommendation?
Also should I do these in the order you said them in? Like take out CMOS, THEN reseat both RAM, then put CMOS back and turn PC on? Thanks so much

Yes, do the first one, just take out your existing battery, no need for a new one. And yes do it in the steps I have mentioned.

If u still face issues, go to bios, disable tpm and secure boot, disable CSM, disable xmp/DOCP.

Will do and will reply to you afterwards, sorry I might've explained bad, I don't have a CMOS battery right now as it's missing, I don't know why as I bought the pc pre-built and never noticed it but now I bought some and will put them in and try your steps afterwards hopefully. Thanks

Also disable secure boot.
Hello. I don't think secure boot is enabled, and if there is a way to disable this in BIOS let me know. I did the steps and it seemed fine and I went through the windows installation process but just after I set up my account and got to the "Hi" screen, the display went from that small box the Windows Installer uses to the whole screen and I saw artifacts for a second. Black screen, "Hi" appeared and I thought it was fine, but again display and peripherals shut off afterwards.
I think it's worth mentioning that I did decide to switch the two RAM's places (nr1 in 2 and 2 in 1) so maybe this is why it worked this far? Probably not as the display went out after the full display was in use.

EDIT: Windows has apparently been successfully installed as I am trying to do a memtest86 to see if it can find any faults with my ram or something and I did manage to get to the lockscreen again accidentally instead of going into the bios boot section, so I think going into Windows safe mode in the future is on the table again if that's worth anything, yipee

So in short your system goes down when it tries to change display resolution from 800x600 used both by safe mode and windows install to something more normal like 1080p. You should really try your old GPU to reduce the number of variables.
Safe mode worked perfectly for some reason with the default 1920x1080, no idea about it now after the windows reinstall, I'll switch out my GPU after I'm done checking if there are any RAM faults

Name me a 800w Tier A PSU
Sorry if I'm wrong and misinformed you, I saw that the coolermaster mwe V2 was in A tier so I got an 850W one, the exact wattage is not in the tier list but I'm guessing it's still good? It's a huge upgrade from what I had before anyways, old one's brand wasn't even on the tier list

Again, sorry if I explained wrong. When I say "new" in this thread I mean new as in I just bought it, not that it comes straight from the factory to me. The CPU is a refurbished CPU that I got off eBay and I believe the stuff I'd need to RMA is peeled off the box already. So I'm not sure if this is an option for me

Disconnect every peripheral u have connected to ur desktop even ur mouse and keyboard, wifi . Remove any password u have.
I'll try this as soon as this memtest86 finishes, taking years for real. Decided this morning to do it just because you said something about removing the RAM so just checking if all is good with them 2

Stop, no longer needed. For the ram, try this:
First check each ram individually, i.e., take out the other ram and use the pc, then check each slots, then repeat with the other one

Got one of them out, I'm currently on the lock screen. No peripherals as you requested but I can't unlock it this way to check how it does with an unlocked screen, should I just continue testing with the other slot and other RAM or can I try unlocking?
EDIT: This is the longest time everything didn't shut off on lock screen as well

Obviously connect ur keyboard and mouse

Yeah turns off after a while, there were no display drivers installed yet, I'll just continue switching the RAMs
Edit: my question is why would this make the power button useless? My guess is the front panel also gets its power shut off when this happens, not anytime before though. I feel like it's not a great idea to keep shutting the pc off from the PSU

Does it turn off after u connect the kb and m?
Nah connecting them worked, the display and peripherals now just turns off after 30 seconds of just chilling on the desktop doing nothing (or it may be searching for automatic display drivers actually), and then the power button doesn't work either, always happens after the display and peripherals go.
