Question Why does my PC restart when playing games? AIO COOLER Cause???

I was playing rainbow six siege my GPU temperature was 41 Celsius but my CPU was 60 Celsius. But all of a sudden my pc restarted???

I’m a 100% sure my AIO cooler is properly connected and installed?? I even check in BIOS mode to see the AIO RPM. And it was 3000 RPM.

This is a Lian li Gahalad 360. I really don’t know what the issue is. I know PC restarts when it is overheated. I check the overall temperature of my whole pc on MSI after burner and it’s was 40 Celsius when gaming. Only my CPU was the hottest which was 60 Celsius.

I honestly need help because.....I really lost hope. Is there a benchmark that tells you what the cause of which components is the cause?
SHOULD I PROVIDE MY DXDIAG FILE TO MAKE THINGS EASIER? OR ANYTHING because I'm desperate at this point. Been trying to fix this thing for 1 day straight and no luck,

here's some proof https://ibb.co/7jBjfgr

Gpu: RX580 series 8Gb
Cpu: RADEON 5 5600x 6 cores

#1 Calm down. Please. >_>

#2 If your cpu "WAS" overheating, your mobo sensor will sound an alarm like a car alarm or similiar and shut it down immediately.

#3 Since I don't know what is happening, next time it crashes while gaming, boot into the uefi bios, check the system gui guage and look at the cpu tempt.
Bring me that current temp after crashing, boot into windows, click on the search-cortona bar. you type eventviewer.exe --> hit enter -- > click on windows log folder "left hand side" --> click system.

Look for any red x errors and screenshot it and bring it back with the detailed error message.

#4 No more Lian Li products please, I'm sure with your nice rig, you could swing for a good water cooler by corsair or my favorite brand: zalman air coolers.

Even though I don't hear any beeps. But my motherboard had this three lights. It only blink one for each at this order: yellow, then red then to green when restarting. Also I don't know where this GUI GUAGE is but i took the best possible picture that I could find in BIOS MODE.

Oh yea I updated my BIOS. Played one game. It last so far. I'm not a 100% sure yet. Would need to test further on if the problem or issue occurs again.

But i dont understand why my cpu is hotter than my GPU.... https://ibb.co/4R88kP1

Ok did you use the thermal paste that came included with the lian heatsink ?
If so that would partially explain why its getting hot.
I suggest you read my post here so you can understand how to remove old grease and put new grease on.
Then I recommend artic mx-4, best thermal grease for hot cpus like yours.
https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-MX-4-2019-Performance-Durability/dp/B07L9BDY3T/ref=sr_1_3?crid=JR0P5RLS03OP&dchild=1&keywords=artic+mx-5&qid=1618910229&sprefix=artic+mx-,aps,161&sr=8-3

You will probably laugh at this suggestion for the rest of week, but reset everything back to default on your mobo.
Next setup the cpu ratio speed to 3.0 max cpu ratio speed to 4.0ghz, enable auto over clock.
Setup your ram speed normally with the correct voltages, after that you should be perfectly fine.

On my 9400F I let my gigabyte z390 auto over clock, surprisingly it does a really good job at it, so I have nothing to worry about.
I think you can benefit from that on your cpu, unless you are a real extreme overclocker nut.
9 times out of 10 you don't need a whole lot of cpu speed and voltage bumps to game well. :/

Curious

how do i reset my motherboard to default? I'm assuming there's a "set to default" button when i go to bios mode. But if i reset then would i need to update my motherboard BIOS again? At this moment, If i do reset my motherboard to default then the PC will boot saying no CPU_COOLER since I connect the AIO to AIO_COOLER header. I changed that as IGNORE instead of MONITOR

Your temps probably aren’t the issue maybe your cache settings aren’t high enough to keep up with the CPU, if you’re OCing and havent checked the Ring value
Sorry I don't understand about the OCing? How can i fix this? And change my cache settings to meet the requirement for the CPU?

Respectable

What do you mean? Lian Li makes some top tier products. Some of their cases are excellent (Lancool 215, O11 dynamic, lancool ii mesh, etc), also top tier performing argb fans like their unifans. And, especially their galahad coolers perform well as tested by gamersnexus. Noise normalized testing put it on par with the ek360 and arctic lf2 360, the top performing 360mm aios on the market. I’m not sure if you dislike them because theyre Taiwanese or because you just dont know better, but dont misinform OP; he has a very good cooler. Also he said his temps are fine, why are you trying to make him change thermal paste and overclock? Your advice makes literally no sense

Normally through the uefi bios or if the mother board is having probs, take the side door off, power down the machine, swear at it move the cmos jumper into clear, unplug the power cabel and come back in 5 minutes.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000025368/processors.html
Once done, plug the machine back up, put the jumper into default normal position, the mobo will be back to default settings, if that doesn't work take out the cmos battery for 3 minutes then put it back.
