Question Why gpu usage is not %99 strix g15

I am gaming on asus rog strix g15 with r7 6800h and rtx3060 ı tested 2 games war thunder and battlebit but ı am not sure why ı dont see %99 gpu usage. ı get %99 gpu usage when ı am doing stable diffusion.gpu mode is ultimate, fan mode turbo. vsyncis disabled. display settings showing 300hz. 144fps on photo is just coincidence ı saw 120-160 fps too.

because those are less intensive games that do not require ~100% of system resources.

run a graphics stress tests if you want to see real time usage in very intensive environments.

maybe gpu watt is low

in stress test its not a problem but ı have 300hz display ı want to use all

Your processor can't put out anymore FPS so the video card only does what it needs to.

Your max FPS is limited by the processor until your in game settings or resolution is to high for the video card to keep up.
