Will CM Gemini II S Cooler Fit Over G.Skill Ripjaws-X RAM?

I prefer the 212 EVO but don't think it will fit in my midtower case. I do want to upgrade to another case, so if you can recommend me a good one (that'll fit the 212) for ~$50 I might consider getting the case and 212 EVO.

Also, can you confirm that the 212 EVO (with fan mounted away from memory) will fit my memory as well?

Also I forgot to say I have a Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD4 motherboard if it matters.

I went ahead and got the CM GeminII S524 (taller than the GeminII S) and it has plenty of room to spare with the G.Skill Ripjaws-X RAM. Anyone else with a similar question can hopefully benefit from this. I have a feeling the GeminII S would fit just fine as well, but I wanted to be cautious
