[SOLVED] Will FSP300-60THA(1) be able to run Zoatc Nvidia GTX 750Ti(does not require 6-pin power connector) without future issues

My config:

i3-3220 3.3Ghz(55w)
4x2(1333Mhz) DDR3 RAM
Zotac Nvidia GTX 750Ti(doesn't have any power connectors)
1 7200rpm sata hdd

Actually i inserted this 750ti in my old pc and it is running also, But is it safe to run ?
I also have another crap psu which is:

Also when i plugged in the Zebronics psu my pc was performing a little slow on startup, And the problem continues with FSP one also now.

300 watts is plenty for that system, never heard of that other brand but just by looking at the picture I would trust the 300w FSP in your system over that one.

Can you explain why are there 2 +12V rails? What does they represent? And how much of total wattage will they actually provide for my GPU and also for overall system? Thanks.

No power connector on video card leaves a maximum of 75 watts the card can safely draw from the motherboard.

So basically i'm getting 168 watts total on +12v rail right? So i can assume my 55w cpu and 750ti would be fine?

If you're talking about the FSP 300w PSU you are perfectly fine on the power side of things since you are not powering a bunch of hard drives, fans and other things.

If you scroll to the bottom you will see recommended minimum is 300 watts, and they leave room for safety of your PSU and system.

Sometimes my pc doesn't turn on, And rest of the time the performance is quite good. I've played GTA V on high settings @ 720p without issues. Do you think it's necessary to upgrade psu?

If you value your hardware, neither PSU should be used for a modern day PC.

The FSP was good 15 years ago. But it's not suitable for today's PC as it lacks enough +12V power. Back when that PSU was new, Socket 7 was king and used the +5V and +3.3V rail for EVERYTHING except for fans and drive motors. IIRC, it only has < 200W on the +12V rails total. Never mind that it doesn't have PFC (note the red switch on the back), which is now illegal to sell in the EU. It's so old that it's probably going to die soon anyways.

And that Zebronics... don't even get me started. THAT is a company that needs a class action law suit brought up against it for selling fake products that do not work as advertised.

That problem should go away after a few warm boots. It's because you unplugged the power, there's no +5VSB to the board and the OS can no longer "fast boot". If you shut it down from within Windows and then power back up again, it should boot up at a normal speed. If you unplug the PSU agaim however, it's going to be slot to boot again. Some motherboards will even appear to "boot up" or "reboot" three times before actually starting the OS boot process when you kill power to the motherboard.
