I was going to buy a ryzen 3 2200g with a Gigabyte A320M-S2H but i thought i could buy a ryzen 5 2400g instead because I have the budget to do so, but I can't buy a better motherboard, so will the A320M-S2H work?

I have a SeaSonic S12II 520 watts PSU, and I do need to update bios to F10 right? Also, yes that is the MOBOYES, that mobo supports the Ryzen 5 2400G CPU. You should be fine. Just make sure you update the BIOS of your motherboard, since doing this is important. Which Power supply do you have, and what are your other system specs ?

Depending on the retailor it may already be updated.
