[SOLVED] Windows 10 not working properly

I have an SSD with windows installed on it as my C drive

My friend just got a PC so i wiped one of my old hard drives and installed windows on it using my own PC

The problem is now that i have had two different drives with windows on it, my PC keeps asking me which one i want to log on, even though I've removed my friends hard drive as you can see by the image below.

Sometimes my computer comes up with an error because it for some reason automatically tries to use the removed hard drive instead.

that isn't how it works. He meant to install win 10 on his PC so it knows what hardware he has, not what you have.

Run msconfig. In boot tab there will be 2 boot options listed.
Delete unneeded one.

They both say "windows 10" how do i know which is which. Does it matter which one i delete?

on msconfig screen, does it show one as current OS? If so, I would delete the other one and set the current as default

Just did that and it works properly again now, thanks heaps
