Question Windows 10 Update high CPU usage

Windows 10 Update process named wuauclt.exe consumes about 20% CPU and if i try to shut it, it reappears but this time, it consumes even high cpu, min 70%. Hope you guys can help me with this cursed thing.

So apparently, Windows Update is using high CPU because of a gigantic feature update that has come to many PCs, and the reason why I didn't get the update even though i have a good PC is that I had less than 20 GBs left on C: (System) Disk. One of the Windows 10 Update 2004 requirements is that you have to have at least 20 GBs left on system disk.

I have the same problem, and other ones, and I have lots of space on my system disk. The problem is on build 2004. I`ve revert to build 1909.
