Following a clean reinstall of windows on my machine, windows installed my system reserved partition on Disk 0 which is one of my HDD drives while the OS was installed on disk 3 (C) on my SSD. This rendered my drive and made it unusable. In order to format and make the drive usable, I moved the system reserved to my C drive and used the media creation tool to get windows to boot from the new system reserved and deleted the old copy of the system reserved.
The system boots just fine, but is unable to install the new update for 21H2. It will install in the OS, but when I restart for the machine to install the update it will get to 30% complete restart finish the update to 90% and then cancel and unload all of the data. I then proceeded to try and update through the creation tool in the OS and windows says "Sorry, we're having trouble determining if your PC can run Windows 10". I increased the size of the system reserved to 2 gigabytes to make sure it had enough space, and I definitely met the requirements (I have a 3080 TI, i7 12th gen, 32 gigs of 40000 MHz ram, and terabytes of storage). All of the drive partitions are also registered as active, and the machine can still boot and perform al;l of its functions. I ran all hardware tests (using OCCT) and everything is on the up and up. All drivers and bios are up to date- I did this following a reinstall of the OS. Furthermore, I do have all the network adapters enabled.
At this stage, I have no idea what to do baring another complete reinstall of the OS- which I would like to leave as the last resort. Has anyone ever encountered this issue; or does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve it?
The error code I receive is 0x800f0922
