Processor: FX-4100
RAM: 2 x 4 GB of ram (8GB total)

The card needs 2 x 6-Pin PCI-e ports and this has 1 x 6-Pin and 1 x 6+2-Pin Would this still work?

Yes the 6+2 pin can be used as a 6 pin or an 8 pin

Yes that XFX will work and the 6+2 you only plug in the 6 pin part.
