[SOLVED] x3550 server not booting up past post

I have an IBM rack mount server x3550 M2. It has not been ran in a long time. There is a drive in bays 0 and 1, CMOS battery has been changed, and memory reseated. The messages that it continues to sit at is "UEFI Platform Initialization error." Has anyone come across this error or dilemma and could possibly help out?
