yamaha 3200 disappearing???

i have win xp pro and the yamaha 3200ez internal with latest firmware. i have the latest nero installed as well, adn hacked.

here is the problem....
when i am installing a game, or doin something with cds... sometiems the drive jsut disappears from windows explorer, and wont come back till i reboot. what could cause this?

best bios error...."no keyboard detected.... press F1 to continue....."

I had a similar problem, here's a fix from Microsoft, it worked for me.
