[SOLVED] Z590 rog maximus xiii hero slow download speed

I just got a 10900k and a z590 xiii hero board, and my download speed is almost half of what its supposed to run my full download and upload is 500/500 but download is only at 190mbps but my upload is full speed. When I just use wifi its full download. Can anyone help

I had to remove the intel ethernet drivers and just restart and when they installed again it fixed it. Im just assuming that the drivers were corrupted somehow .
