Hi Danny, Do not know would it be of any help but from my experience problems I had with GPUs (fun speed, idle temp, etc) were always been caused by drivers. So try to install different ones, including older iterations and check the GPU behaviour. Best luck.

Problem could be paste or mountaing but in your place I wouldn't use stock cooler for that cpu at all. It simply can't cool it enough. Speak from my personal experience. Try with aftermarket one 212 evo or else. Best luck!
