When I type small letters I t type capital letters and somewhere number lock keypad is working or somewhere not what shall I do

I recently purchased zenbook ux31a but cpu won't go above 1.9GHz under demanding tasks or full load like prime95 2nd test. Under power profile I see only balanced.All is set to 100% under power settings for CPU. What's happening,why won't it turbo boost to 3GHz?
