i have 16gb 3200mhz ram but i do not think it is running at that speed. i downloaded CPU-Z and it says my DRAM Frequency is 1071.7mhz. Would i multiply that by two because i have dual channel? Also if i make it run at lets say 3000mhz or 3200mhz will it harm my ram over time?
