[SOLVED] ¿Can my PSU ruin the performance of each of my components?

Hello,

I recently bought this totally new pc in parts, the only thing that is not new is a PSU SATE PRO-580, I have had it for a month but lately I noticed a drastic change in performance in each of my components, I did a benchmark test and compare with one I did 10 days ago and the results are ALARMING, resulting in each of the components (except the GPU) having reduced its performance by at least 15%, some components reaching up to 40% less than performance, my main suspicion is obviously the PSU, having 500W of power, and my RX 570 consuming 450W, it seems strange to me because during all this time it was working great and out of nowhere this happens, ¿could it be for another problem or is it just the PSU?

These are the tests with the userbenchmark:
-This is the test I did when everything was working fine, no problems, very satisfied (10 days ago)

There is also a lot of difference in games for example, Valorant that i was playing at 200+ FPS without problems and now barely reaches 90 FPS

ALSO, So important: The temperatures of the CPU and the GPU are 45-50 degrees at IDLE all the time, its so weird, but while gaming for example, its not a huge diffrence, it goes at 55-60 degrees

I have tried:
-BIOS Update
-DDU
-Tried upgrading and downgrading GPU drivers
-Updating to the latest mobo chipset and other drivers (LAN, RAID, etc..)
-Upgrading/Downgrading Windows
-Formatting HDD and SDD


Any question, help or advice will be very welcome, thank YOU!

GPU: AsRock Phantom Gaming AMD RX 570 4GB Series
CPU: Intel i3 9100F 3.60 ghz
RAM: 1x16gb Ballistix 2400
PSU: SATE PRO 580-500W
Motherboard: Asus Prime H310M-R R2.0
Stock Cooler from the CPU (i3 9100F)
Case: SATE K-372 (It has 3 frontal fans)
SSD: Kingston A400 240GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

between the two tests there is only 10 minutes of difference and you can see a big drop in the SSD part


I also have a question, in the state of how is this PSU, ¿could it damage my components ?
¿should i not use my computer? , because I still do not plan to directly buy a new one in at least 5 days

I am thinking of buying the EVGA 550, obviously by its name, it has a capacity of 550W, and it is a reliable brand.
Also I consider that it is enough because making calculations, a recommended source...

Usually, junky power supplies cause other kinds of problems. However, this PSU is dodgy garbage and was an awful buy even if they gave you money.

Chances are it hasn't been working great. "Not blowing up" is not the same as "working great." Junk power supplies are like eating a pound of bacon for every meal; the damage to your health is there far before any obvious signs occur. A PSU should never be installed in a PC you want to not be dead. I don't think I'd even let it my house, just in case I make an enemy and they seek their revenge on me by installing this into one of my computers.

It's not all about PSU power although most junky PSU flatly lie about full available power or can deliver that much power only for very short periods.
Other than power very important things are stability, voltage and power jitter which can ply havoc with stability and case overheating and overvoltage to components and last but not least protection against overvoltage and short circuits. Cheap capacitors of which there are a lot in a PSU can't keep DC current flat and dry out fast with danger of short circuits which can burn rest of system.

A question, when buying a good quality PSU will the components return to the state they were in or is it permanent damage already done?

That is a very poor site to run benchmarks from.
