PSU: More wattage (700), higher certification.

Seems fine. Would check the motherboard QVL for that specific memory. Sometimes Ryzen and Corsair don't play well, but most often should be fine.

Make sure your motherboard choice comes BIOS installed and drop in ready for the 5600G. B550 was first released for 3xxx so it possibly may need an update to work. Might consider trying to find one with DP output so it will play nice with FreeSync and should check your monitor for that ability as well. If you plan to get a GPU later that would be something to think about as well.

That case has terrible airflow. I would definitely recommend against it. That PSU is meh, on quality as well. Crucial P2 is a slow drive. the P3 is much better, and slightly cheaper. The gskill kit I chose, I have used on multiple Ryzen rigs, without issue.
