I am going to build a pc with $880 budget, i have two BASE list which one is better? some parts are used (cpu, gpu, ram), i don't need a psu because i already have one, I also have 4 extra drives (2x 256gb ssd, 320gb hdd, 1tb hdd)

it's an evga 850gq
That is a good PSU. No need to change that.

Infact, on second thought, you can get the 2nd build and change the CPU to a 3600 ir 3700x to make it more balanced. ll depends on your location and how much you can sell the 2600 for. But if you do that, make sure that you update the BIOS before getting rid of the CPU.
