Hello everyone, I was wondering, what features cannot be utilized in an unactivated version of Windows 10?

All I know is that the default wallpaper cannot be changed.

I've looked up videos with the differences between activated and unactivated versions but the problem is is that most of those videos are 2 years old. I run Build 1909, and that came out last month. Those videos show they're running older builds of it.

I'm trying to sell this one PC with an unactivated version of 10 on it and I need to tell the buyer in my description what features you cannot utilize with that compared to an activated version. That way, I won't be held accountable and get into trouble because of failing to mention the features that are disabled when using an unactivated version.

Solution
Just tell the buyer that the Windows 10 version is not activated, that way, you won't be held accountable.
As of now there is a watermark, you won't be able to customize desktop wallpaper & icons from Personalization settings and a reminder to activate will bug you now and then.

I have a long running Win 10 install in a VM to test exactly this.
Installed Dec 8, 2016. 3 yrs 2 weeks later, runs exactly as it did on Day 1.

Yes, sell it with the Unactivated install. Let the new owner work out his own licensing.
