Question Adding 6th gpu suddenly Rig Does not boot anymore

My working 7 card AMD GPU rig suddenly does not boot anymore as soon as I add the the 6th card.
Tried swapping Risers, Cables, Cards nothing works. Tested the PSU with Multimeter and volts on all the outputs seems fine
Combined power usage of GPU's = 700Watts

PSU Cooler master V1200watt Platinum
MB Gigabyte GA-H110-D3A

Any ideas what it can be or how I can troubleshoot further?

Testing psu with a multimeter doesn’t mean that it will work under a heavy load, especially as heavy load as you’ve created

also, if it worked with seven cards, why isn’t it working with six?? either the system worked before or it didn’t which is it

Which AMD GPUs exactly?
How is the PSU connected to all the cards and the risers?
