Question After enabling SR-IOV, I can't get any of the I/O ports or and video outputs to work on my PC ?

Originally, I was having trouble with my wifi adapter, which is the Asus AX58BT. It stopped working after I had connected a fan splitter for my 2 front case fans. This problem had occurred before, which was around yesterday after I had just built my computer. I forgot what I did to get the wifi adapter to work, but I know whenever I plug something into my motherboard it just refuses to connect. However, this is not my biggest concern. The solution I attempted was to go into BIOS and mess with the settings. This was my fatal mistake. I went into advanced mode in BIOS and clicked on some pcie options and then I saw what was called SR-IOV. I didn't do much research on it but I enabled it thinking it would get my network card working, only it did the opposite.

I exited and saved the bios settings which made my pc restart and then my monitor gave me a no signal message. I thought that my DP cable was incorrectly connected so I plugged it back into my gpu and monitor. Still no signal. I now assume it was because I enabled the SR-IOV setting and now I'm unable to use any of the I/O ports on my pc. My rgb mouse won't turn on since it doesn't light up, as well as my keyboard. I did notice a light flicker for one second while putting it into the USB port. I'm able to turn on my pc, but that's about it. Oh yeah and rgb works so that's nice I guess.

I've done many things to try and reset the BIOS settings, but they didn't work. I've tried removing the CMOS battery, but there was still no signal coming to my monitor. I also tried using the Asus CrashFree feature on my motherboard, but I realized that the USB ports don't work.

Now I'm writing this in the Motherboard's section of tom's Hardware forums since its the closest topic I could find to BIOS settings and it has quite a lot of posts. I need someone to help me get back the original BIOS settings in some way. I'm thinking of trying to wipe my computer as I've only been using it for a few days and I don't have a lot on here. I want to play rocket league again fast and soon. Not really, but it would be nice to get my PC working again. Thank you for reading.

Now my pc is actually up an running somehow. The bios is reset because the LED on my motherboard is on, which I turned off before. The RAM speeds are back to 2666mghz. Now I just have to worry about the wifi card issue. I'll let you know my motherboard model anyway though. It's the Asus TUF Gaming B450M Plus II. I can also see where I enabled the SR-IOV thing. It's in Advanced, PCI Subsystem Settings, and then it shows up. I'm definitely not touching that again. The only problem I have now is with the wifi card. Thank you for responding, its been stressful but relieving here.
