Whenever my PC turns on (either from being powered off or from rebooting) it gets stuck in the VGA LED light from my Motherboard. I then have to press the power on button twice manually for it to actually post and boot onto Windows, where all works perfectly fine.

This has happened since I updated my BIOS to the newest version (MSI MPG x570 Gaming Plus - Bios version: 7C37vAH) to be able to upgrade to Windows 11. Used the installation tool to manually install Windows 11 since the PC Health Check said my system met the requirements but I wasn't able to update through Windows Update.

I've tried disabling Fast Boot, but that didn't help either...
Any ideas?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
I don't see how that info would help, since it's a problem that has been occurring since I changed the software, not the hardware, but here you go:
-Ryzen 3700x
-MSI MPG x570 Gaming Plus
-64 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200Mhz
-Gigabyte Nvidia 2070 Super
-Nox Urano VX 750W

I have similar issue. The system hangs when i click the shutdow/restart/ turn on.
i am forced to make a hard shutdown using the main power or by holding down CPU main Button.
So far no idea why is that happening.
