I was just installing a new cpu in my dads computer and I was off in la-la land or something because I forgot to connect the cpu fan to the board. Well, when I booted the computer I noticed I forgot to do this so I tried to do it with the computer on and I grabbed the wrong connector, one that came right off the power supply and not the cpu fan and as soon as I touched it to the fan header TINK, everything went off. Is this board toasted? Will current going THROUGH the fan headers blow the board like this? Now I can get the board to power on but nothing happens, no post, no sound, nothing.
