Question all of my usb ports don't work, cant use mouse

all my usb ports don't work. I have tried multiple mouses, one port connects for a few seconds at a certain angle but stops again - how do i fix this?? is there any bluetooth like mouses that don't require anything plugging in? not having a mouse is honestly unbearable it limits a lot i can do. i have an acer computer, windows 10: hardware specs

im mostly asking for 2/3 of my usb ports because in one of them the blue disk thing fell out and then subsequently snapped soo..

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Is it possible for you to photograph the USB ports and that "blue disk thing" that fell out?

im a completely clueless with all this, but im gonna try my best to provide as much info as possible which i'll edit in a min. im thinking this could be 'fixed' with a bluetooth mouse, but I dont know if there are any without a dongle?

Get your laptop to a service center.
USB port needs to be replaced. It is shorting out currently.
Do not turn your laptop on, until this is fixed.

Also can you show photo of the broken port?
You're showing two ports, that are not broken.
