Question Amd cpu with nvidia gpu

Currently i use the Amd Ryzen 3 2200G with integriated Vega graphics. I want to buy a graphics card, im choosing between MSI Radeon RX 560 Aero ITX and Nvidia 1050 TI. My Question is, if there are any issues with amd cpu's and Nvidia gpu's. I'm using a MSI b450m m2 pro Mainboard.

No. I'm using a Ryzen 5 1600 with a GTX 1070 ti.

The integrated graphics should be automatically disabled when you install a discrete graphics card.

Before you go and buy/drop the GPU in your system, what is the make and model of your PSU? Better yet, list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

You shouldn't have any issues with the GPU you end up choosing in terms of CPU + GPU brands being mixed but you should be wary that the GPU needs power from the PSU. If the PSU is of bad quality, you're just asking for the system to blow up with the money you invested.
