[SOLVED] Aorus B450 Elite won't turn on.

So, I'm building a new PC
(Aorus b450 elite, 16Gb RAM, R5 3400G,NZXT H510)
Plugged everything, did my cable management and when I pressed the turn on button nothing happed, rechecked on/off switch on the PSU, replugged the power cord then I noticed that whenever I plug it the RGB aorus logo turn on for a sec so I thought the problem might in F_Panel, got the manual plugged the pins correctly, but nothing the pc is completely dead then I got my old motherboard and plugged the powerSw pins in it and it worked just fine when I press the power on button my old motherboard work just fine

P.S: i don't have the cpu yet, but i think the fans, rgb should work just fine correct me if I'm wrong

The system won't turn on, or do anything without a compatible CPU installed.

Okay, I thought the fans would start spinning at least, like when the ram is missing.
