For the past few months I've always felt like my SSD is very slow. Slower than normal mechanical hard drive. I searched it up and a lot of the solutions was to make sure TRIM is on and having more than 15% left on the drive, which I've tried. I have a 120 GB Kingston A400 SSD and I've used up 94.8 GB's. I tested the Read/Write speeds using CrystalDisk and this is what I got.

Is this average? Or no? If it isn't, what can I do to fix this?
 
Your benchmark results are adequate for SATA2 system.
On SATA3 system you'd see something like this:

Kingston A400 is rather crappy product though.
 
I assume SATA2/3 means like the ports on the motherboard?
SATA2/SATA3 means SATA version.
SATA I (revision 1.x) interface, formally known as SATA 1.5Gb/s, is the first generation SATA interface running at 1.5 Gb/s. The bandwidth throughput, which is supported by the interface, is up to 150MB/s.

SATA II (revision 2.x) interface, formally known as SATA 3Gb/s, is a second generation SATA interface running at 3.0 Gb/s. The bandwidth throughput, which is supported by the interface, is up to 300MB/s.

SATA III (revision 3.x) interface, formally known as SATA 6Gb/s, is a third generation SATA interface running at 6.0Gb/s. The bandwidth throughput, which is supported by the interface, is up to 600MB/s. This interface is backwards compatible with SATA 3 Gb/s interface.

On ASRock B450 Pro4 - all sata ports are SATA3 version.

yah ur ssd is running at sata 2 speeds, u need to get in the bios and see if ur drives are set to IDE or something other than AHCI and set em to AHCI, okay so I'ma look it up and tell you where to find the setting if you need to.
