Are these temps safe? (Phenom II X4 955 BE)

Hey guys, I just overclocked my Phenom II X4 955 Black Ed. with C3 stepping. I upped the reference clock from 200 to 207 and increased the CPU multiplier to 18x to get a total core speed of 3726 MHz. I also changed up the memory timings a little bit to 7-8-7-24 and went from T2 to T1 command rate also (went through 5 passes of Memtest86+). I've been running a Prime95 Blend stress test for about 2 hours now, it's still going while I'm typing this, and the CPU temps are hovering between 53 - 57 Celcius, it was idling around 35 Celcius. I just wanted to double check that these were safe temps to run my CPU at. Also the room I'm running it in is around 80 F (I don't believe in air conditioning).

I've got a Cooler Master Hyper 212+ with 1 fan on the CPU at the moment.

Thanks for the help,

-Sean

I have the Phenom II 940 BE and max temp for all the quad-core phenom IIs is 62 degrees C. As long as your only in the 50's, you don't need any additional cooling.

i think your setup will be fine. i am running the same CPU overclocked on stock cooling at ~50c idle and on full load it will go upto ~74c with an ambient temp of approx 20c. i know this is high no one needs to tell me. i game alot and the
cpu is at load hours on end. i understand that the max is 62c but mine was
getting to that on stock speeds.
so all in all your cpu will be fine if my can withstand all that punishment, its
been a few months now and it still running perfect like a champ AMD FTW!
