EDIT: My m.2 for some reason was blocking booting, and now that I removed it. The system booted up Thanks to ppl that replied apreciate it
----------------------------------------------------
I have had this mobo for about a week and it worked fine, but now that i moved it to a new case. It boots up, but then just idles. Turns off after I press my power button. It takes 5sec too turn of not instant. I think it could be my PSU now having suficent power, but it worked earlier so why not now. I did unplug the new fans that require 3pin rgb, but still nothing. It also could be my gpu, becouse it had a problem with not runing on pcie 16x, but on second pcie 4x it was fine.
I have tested the ram in A1 B1 and A2 and B2, also B2 and A2 single stick

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
Asrock B450 Pro4
Gtx 1070TI OC (MSI)
PSU Ibox aurora (bought it rly cheap, but had it for 2y)
Ram Corsair vengance DDR4 2400mhz (worked fine)

My case does keep blink its red light like morse code, but when i tried to decode it I got giberish. It's not my first build, but i am rly confused

Is this your PSU;
https://www.toppc.ee/en/c/73-power-supply-units-psu/587386-ibox-aurora-600w
? If so, that is a horrible unit. Source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built 550W PSU for your build and see if the issue is alleviated. Once you've sourced a reliable PSU, I would look into flashing the BIOS on the motherboard to the latest since I feel like you might have BIOS versions pending update.

Rams should be in slots A2 and B2 per your manual.

Ram Corsair vengance DDR4 2400mhz (worked fine)
Just an FYI, your platform is actually running crippled, Ryzen loves dual channel DDR4-3200MHz rams with tight latencies, so you have performance you can tap into.

It worked, then you moved it. Sounds like it's related to the move. Connections?
