So, I noticed about a month ago that the sound coming through my headset(Razer ManOWar) was a little distorted/jittery out of the blue.
I can't for the life of me remember if I updated Windows or any other drivers when it started.
Anyway, fast forward to Halo Reach coming out on Steam and I noticed just how bad the distortion and stuttering had become.
I'm aware Reach is dealing with it's own audio bugs, but this audio problem occurs while playing other games and while watching YouTube videos.
I figured it was my headset and purchased a new one(Arctis 5) and the problem remains.
I deleted my audio drivers(Realtek HD Audio, Nvidia HD Audio) and then freshly reinstalled them; that didn't work.
I tried disabling enhancements in sound manager; that didn't work either.
I even did a full reset of my PC and reinstalled only the essentials, but that too did nothing to solve the problem.
So then, is this a Windows 10 bug? What can I try?
Here is a video demonstrating the audio problem.
