I started playing the Baldurs Gate Saga with an elven ranger - planning
to advance to Ranger 5 and then multiclassing to achieve Ranger 5 / Mage
9 the maximum Baldurs Gate with Tales of the Swordcoast allows with the
161000 XP cap.
However before I venture beyond the 1st chapter I would like to verify
that I actually can do that in the game.
Is it possibly to change classes in the game for an elf - or do I need
to select only from the multiclassing options presented at character
creation, e.g. Fighter/Mage?
It would be a great waste of time to advance to Ranger 5 only to see
that I can´t advance the next level as Mage and would be stuck with only
Ranger.
bye
