Right now, I am about to buy a Ryzen 5 2600 for my GTX1050 to replace my FX4300, it will do fine im guessing for some time, then i will get a new card. I want to be running at 1080p 60fps and my budget max will be about 300£. My PSU is a 450W and i really don't want to replace it therefore i need a power friendly card which i won't overclock anyways. I thought of a RX580 but i have my mind on a GTX1660TI or a RX590 however they don't seem good value according to some people. I want to play games such as The Witcher 3 and GTA V etc at really nice graphics therefore i only need games at High Details 60FPS. Thanks in Advance!

You will need at least 1660TI to play everything at 1080p@60fps@High/Ultra

RX580 and 1060 can do it in almost every game, but not every. Forget about RX590, it's a really bad GPU in all of aspects. Very close performance to RX580, expensive, too much heat and incredible high power consumption.
